4. Results of reference checks are provided in writing upon request.
5. Findings of our investigations of each candidate are compared against your specifications, not only technically, but also for that elusive "chemistry" match.
6. We then present to you only those candidates who meet the criteria you outline.
7. Appropriate meetings are arranged between you and the candidates you select, and we assist in final evaluation and negotiations as needed.
8. For your convenience, our offices are available to you for interviewing candidates and providing you with quiet, comfortable disturbance-free interviewing time.
What we do not do is send unsolicited resumes or send resumes of candidates who have not gone through our careful screening process. Our services to you are discreet and absolutely confidential.
