	Penn Search is managed by Charlie DiGiovanni. Charlie has been in the search business in the Delaware Valley for more than 20 years. He started his recruiting career with a large national search firm where he was a top performer locally and nationally. He has been the President of Penn Search since 1994. His background also includes a number of years with a large public accounting firm where he earned his CPA license as well as Controllership experience in a medium sized distribution and service company. Charlie holds a BS degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
